The Company solicits financial backing in order to be able to introduce its new service (described below).
The Company was formed on 03/07/2017 as Limited Liability Company under Florida state laws and headed by Lloyd Smith. Driven Entrepreneur dedicated to creating a lasting business. The Company currently employs 2 full-time employees and part-time employees.

The Company is prepared to introduce the following service to the market:
Realestate assistance: We aim to help people to get out of a bad situation with properties.
People need someone that can help them to get out of a bad debt or mortgage that can leave them bankrupt.
The Company requests a total loan of $1,200,000.00 over the course of 1 year 6 month, to be used for the following purposes:
mortgage closing buffer, property renovations, land clearing, Administrative cost for biuld, permiting fees and other miscelanous costs.
